Inspired by Pakal “the Great,” a Mayan ruler known for his passion for architecture and astronomy, this residence blends contemporary elegance with handcrafted local details. Just minutes from Manuel Antonio National Park and its pristine beaches, the villa is also within walking distance of local bars, restaurants, grocery stores, souvenir shops, and other conveniences.
Spread across three levels, the property features 5 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests. On the second floor, three bedrooms offer twin beds that can be converted into kings, while another includes a queen bed. Each suite has its own private bathroom, Smart TV, air conditioning, high-speed WiFi, and private terrace. The top floor hosts the grand master suite with a king bed, private terrace, and breathtaking jungle and ocean views. Also on this level is the stunning infinity pool overlooking the Pacific, along with a fully equipped kitchen featuring high-end appliances, quartz countertops, and a central rustic-style dining table made from local wood.
The villa’s open-air design enhances the connection with nature, allowing guests to enjoy the tropical environment throughout the home. Some areas such as hallways and stairs are open to the outdoors, which can feel warmer at certain times of the day. In addition, parts of the staircase have no railing on one side, which may not be ideal for guests with mobility concerns or for families with very young children.
